Managing Broker and Realtor, Dan has lived in the Elk Valley for over 30 years.  Dan originally moved to Fernie from Montreal because of the amazing skiing, and he soon fell in love with the town, its charm and year-round activities.  Choosing to stay and raise his family here, Dan has been actively involved in all aspects of the community ever since.  He owned and operated his own retail business for 25 years, is serving his 3rd term as a City Councilor, and has coached and volunteered with Fernie Minor Hockey and Fernie Youth Soccer.  His broad experience in the Fernie and the Elk Valley brings a unique set of skills and understanding of the real estate market here:  from residential to recreational, from investment to commercial properties, Dan is always available to help answer your questions and to discuss your current and future real estate needs.  And if those questions can be addressed on the ski lift, so much the better!
